The Great Gatsby

Today, I saw The Great Gatsby. I was hesitant to see the film as I love the book so much, but I have to say the majority of the film was absolutely flawless. The scene, the music and the acting was impossibly perfect, however the love detailed within the narrative could never be adequately captured in a film without the vastness of the words of F. Scott Fitzgerald.
If you have seen the movie, do so.
If you haven't read the book, you must.

"Gatsby believed in the green light, the orgastic future that year by year recedes before us. It eluded us then, but that's no matter - tomorrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther...
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past"
-F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby
